Permanently and chemically bonded PTFE molded over EPDM rubber formulated with peroxide cured with an excellent compression set: a key feature in low torque application
The triple rib design was developed for flat face and raised flanges
The PTFE thickness has been optimized to obtain excellent chemical resistance without compromising on compression set properties
The one piece PTFE shield provides superior sealing
Made with FDA compliant ingredients

Note:

Available in ASME-B16.21 Class 150 Flange Gasket from ½” to 18”
Torque values for 250 psi internal pressure using A193 Gr B7 bolts or equivalent
Minimum torque possible if internal pressure is lower than 250 psi
Maximum torque is permissible provided it does not exceed flange manufacturer recommended torque
Minimum torque and maximum torque are for 500 and 1000 psi gasket stress respectively
